Have yourself a merry little Christmas,
Let your heart be light
From now on,
Our troubles will be out of sight
Have yourself a merry little Christmas,
Make the Yule-tide gay,
From now on,
Our troubles will be miles away.

Beginning at the yacht club on Bellingham Bay and going to the Alaska Ferry Terminal in Fairhaven - that was the route for the Parade of Lighted Boats. Well, it was a bit disppointing, because I think there were only six or seven boats, but the holiday spirit is definitely alive and that is a wonderful start to the festive season. It's December already!

Mt. Baker Red Cross auctioned gingerbread houses as a fundraiser. We arrived too late to bid but enjoyed the many delicious looking displays. My favorite, Hansel and Gretel.
